Ordering Information & FAQs
When you are ready to send materials to me, if you would be so kind as to provide:
- 20% extra materials (envelopes, place cards, etc.) for additions and for mistakes. This is good to remember when you are ordering your materials. Bumps & spills unfortunately occur, but I do not change for those mess ups.
- Microsoft Word Document with the names and addresses, exactly as you wish to read. I will write exactly what is given to me. For addresses, keep in mind whether or not you would like 'Street' to be written 'St.,' or any other abbreviation.
Payment - 50% non-refundable payment due when materials are delivered to me. The balance will be due when the order is completed along with shipping costs and any additions or changes made to the order.
Custom Stamp Orders - I will provide a digital proof for approval 1-3 business days (does not include weekends and holidays) after ordering. Once the stamp design has been approved, standard production time is 2 weeks + shipping, so please be sure to keep this in mind when ordering. Prior to major holidays, it is strongly suggested to order in advance. Production time & shipping can take a bit longer.
How do I get materials to you? Please securely ship all envelopes, escort cards, etc. in a package to me. The address will be provided when you order. If you are local, we can arrange a drop off.
What if I need to add on more names or addresses? No problem! Just make sure to e-mail those to me. The additions will be added on the final payment.
How much time does it take to complete an order? I require a minimum of 2 weeks to complete orders up to 200 envelopes. 200-300 envelopes require a minimum 3 weeks; for larger orders, please inquire. The time requirements are based on the time I receive your envelopes to the time they are completed and ready to be shipped.
Do you provide postage and envelopes? Postage and envelopes are not provided, but I can lead you in the right direction to finding what you want.
How do I pick out a stamp size? If you are interested in customizing a stamp, please contact me, and I will send you sizes and pricing per stamp. There are several options for you to choose from.
